Logos Presbyterian Church is led by a co-equal team of elders who serve together as servant leaders. This team is elected by the congregation based on biblical qualifications (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1) and shares equal responsibility in shepherding the church (1 Peter 5). Elders who serve full-time in ministry are called Pastors, while those who voluntarily serve are known as Ruling Elders. Together, they are committed to protecting sound doctrine (Titus 1:9), providing spiritual guidance (1 Timothy 5:17), and nurturing the church’s growth through faithful teaching and leadership (1 Timothy 4:12–13). Our Deacons (1 Timothy 3:8–13) play a vital role in carrying out the church’s mission through ministry.
